New enhancements to the user interface, integration with Cortana, and platform capabilities that allow users to create their own configurable business processes are just a few things we can expect from CRM 2015. Furthermore, 27 industry templates will be available by the end of 2014 so businesses in various industries can get up to speed quickly in CRM.
