What is Turnkey Total Care?
Turnkey Total Care is a managed service plan for Microsoft Dynamics GP users that provides a reduced, predictable cost for your monthly support needs. With our customizable service plans, you can let us handle as much or as little of your Dynamics GP environment as you need, all neatly packaged under one predictable price.
What is the benefit of Turnkey Total Care?
TTC provides a sharply discounted rate for your monthly support needs and predictability to your GP support-related billing.
Do my unused TTC services "roll over" and accrue each month?
TTC services must be used within the month they are allocated. Unused service hours dedicated to your TTC plan do not accrue.
How do I know which plan is right for me?
An organization's number of GP users often correlates with the complexity of its GP environment, and can serve as a good starting point in determining which plan best fits your needs. However, we realize every organization is unique, so a quick conversation with one of our specialists can help identify the right plan for you.
How do I manage my TTC usage?
Your can view the status of your monthly TTC "project" in the Turnkey Customer Portal at any time. Also, your Turnkey Technologies consultant will notify you once your monthly TTC services have reached their limit if additional services are required that month.

Terms & Conditions: The rates shown apply to services covered under your Turnkey Total Care plan with a 12-month commitment, and do not apply to additional services or projects. To purchase a TTC plan, Turnkey Technologies must be designated as your organization’s Microsoft Partner of Record. Customers must be compliant with all Microsoft and related ISV software maintenance plans. To receive the promotional rate of $150/hour for your TTC plan, sign up before March 31, 2020.
