End User License Agreement (EULA)

Turnkey Technologies, Inc. End User License Agreement (EULA):

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Turnkey Technologies Inc. and governs your use of the Check - Attachment Solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

1. License
Turnkey Technologies Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the software remain with Turnkey Technologies Inc.

3. Restrictions
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or use it to build a competing product.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turnkey Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the software.

5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement.

6. No Warranty
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
